Liverpool and Senegal mega star Sadio Mane has been discovered to spend the summer vacation in his little town of Bambaly in Senegal as he joins buddies who eat mango during their free time. Despite having an income of over £100,000 a week, he prefers cooling off in Senegal rather than spending a holiday in the wealthy metropolis of Dubai, as do most of his fellow students.
Fotos of him enjoying some fresh mangoes with friends go viral and many praised the humility of the winger.
Sadio Mane has always expressed his strong links to his heritage and in many ways expressed his love of Bambaly.
Earlier this week, Mane handed over a hospital that he had built, which costs the Senegalese government roughly €530,000 in order to give back to society. Last season, Mane had a tough year, as Liverpool was trophy-free, but the late return helped the Reds to qualify for the UEFA Champions League.
The media has stated in a related sports story that Liverpool and Senegal footballer Sadio Mane promised to establish a hospital in Bambaly for the people of his village.
The 29-year-old forward delivered the freshly completed hospital to the state in a brief ceremony attended by Senegal's President Macky Sall. A&E, maternity care, dental facilities, and consulting rooms will be available for the health center.
