2001 CAF Champions league winner with Accra Hearts of Oak known as Armah Dida has given a word of advice to his club.
He has urged the club to engage and involve the former players of the club into their management and certain domains of the club.
The former goalie asked his club to imitate Kumase Asante Kotoko in doing so. He reiterated that the coaching positions of the junior teams and the coaching staffs of the senior team should be occupied by the former players.
Speaking on Sir Joe Laka's Kessben sports he lamented that rivals Asante Kotoko has benefitted greatly for undertaken such initiatives and Hearts of Oak should do same.
Well l bet to differ because when l look at Kotoko, l don't see many former player in the the management or holding several roles in the team but that is his opinion and word of advice for his beloved Accra Hearts of Oak.
