The GhanaGhana Football Association Communications Team recently held some talks with the Blackstars coach and he was asked how he felt about certain rumours going on that he wasn't fighting for the team. Coach Milovan in response to that said everyone is fighting for something and everybody wants to win. 'Statements are statements, pitch is a pitch'. But he's doing everything in his power to win the rest of the two matches to move the team to the next stage.
He also said the two matches ahead were very key to him, the team and Ghana as well and that if they underperform, the other victories gained will mean nothing. But then he can see a lot of talent now as compared to previous years and that Ghanaians shouldn't worry about the future of Ghana football. So he's still in the process of developing the team well but then it might take a lot of time to bring such transformation to make Ghana play football at the highest level competitively.
In concluding he expressed joy as he has received a lot support from Ghananaians and that one of his goals is to make the people of Ghana happy because in Ghana football is life.
The executive council member of the Ghana Football Association, Dr Randy Abbey also expressed his views with respect to Milovan's performance and they see much difference in the team now and they think Milovan has done well so far but are expecting to see more from him.
There seem to be so much excitements in the team now and it's all because they are seeing good results. We wish the team the very best.
