The AFCON 2021 Qualifiers is ongoing and most of the teams are making everything possible to make it a point to be present in the coming AFCON COMPETITION to raise the flag of their country higher through their performance.
Today 13th of November, 2020. The Nigerian national team played against Sierra Leone in the 2021 AFCON Qualification and it was full of surprises during the action. The Nigeria national team featured the likes of Musa the captain of the Super Eagles, Chukwueze, Iwobi, Osinhen, Troost- Ekong, Sanusi with their Head Coach Gernot Rohr. The Sierra Leone national team was captain by Bangura, Kamara, Wright, Medo,Quee with their head Coach John Keister
The first half of the match resulted 4 - 1 in favour of the Super Eagles with the help of Iwobi scoring 2 goals, Osimhen and Chekwueze scoring 1 goal each but the came back surprisingly with a massive comeback by equalizing the goals with the excellent substitutes he made in the second half with the help of Al- Hadji Kamara scoring 2 goals coming on from bench, Kwame Quee and Mustapha Bundy also coming on from the bench. The match final scores resulted 4 - 4 with an impressive performance from the Leon Stars
