Faisal last season struggled in the premier league as they nearly went to Relegation in the 2020/2021 Ghana premier league season.
The Alhaji Grusah boys however corrected their last season errors and it seems this season they are on fire as they find themselves second in the league table and has qualify to the round of 34 stage of the MTN FA cup.
However, according to the CEO of Asante kotoko he is very pleased clubs in Kumasi are really doing well in the premier league especially king Faisal not begging for points this season.
* I always want to see clubs in Ashanti doing well in the league and am very happy for king Faisal progression this season” he said.
* king Faisal are now doing what is important by fighting for three points in their league matches, they are not begging for points again and am very happy for that” he added.
Faisal has been very impressive this season in the ongoing Ghana premier league and the Ghana MTN FA cup competition.
