Uruguay striker, Luis Suarez says he will not apologize for the handball incident against Ghana in 2010.
The Uruguay international handled the ball when the Black Stars played against Uruguay at the 2010 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

Suarez handling the ball stopped the Black Stars from scoring, sending the game into extra time and a further penalty shootouts.
The Black stars lost as a result but the former Barcelona striker says he will not apologize for the incident.
“I don’t need to apologize. I’d apologize if I injured a player but in this situation.
‘I handled the ball, I take a red card and the Ghana player missed the penalty. It’s not my fault.
‘I didn’t miss the penalty. It’s not my responsibility”.
The Black Stars have lost their opening game against Portugal via a 2-1 score line before managing to beat South Korea 3-2 in the second game with the last game coming up against Uruguay.
