It was a smooth victory for Hearts Of Oak over the weekend with goals from Isaac Mensah and Benjamin Afutu sealing a two-nil victory over Elmina Sharks.
The result meant that Hearts Of Oak is yet to taste a defeat in their last three games under head coach Samuel Boadu.
The Phobians are currently 2nd on the league log with just two points separating them and league leaders Kumasi Asante Kotoko who after 25 games have amassed 45 points.
It will be a season to forget for Hearts Oak if they fail to win the league. They last won a major trophy in 2009 under former coach Kosta Papic who was reappointed this season and later left for South Africa.
The team will leave for Techiman today and will hope to secure all three points against Eleven Wonders.
