Chelsea women win major awards

Two Chelsea women have picked two awards at the FA Women's Super League awards which was held today. Emma Hayes was named the manager of 2019/2020 season while striker Beth England also collected the Barclays player of the season award.

Striker Beth England signed for Chelsea and after two seasons , she was not able to break into the starting eleven. She could not compete with players like Fran Kirby, Karen Carney and End Aluko. As a result she was deployed as a left wingback for the time being. She was later shipped out on a loan to Liverpool. There , she proved her self and scored 10 goals for Liverpool. She later return to join her teammates at Chelsea the following season. She has scores spectacular and important scores for the club and was the club top scorer with 12 goals. At the just ended season, striker Beth England was awarded the Barclays Player of the Season Award. She scored 14 goals for the club.

Emma Hayes was also honoured at the FA Women's Super League Awards. She joined Chelsea in 2012 and has build the team. She has won 7 trophies for Chelsea.
