Asante Kotoko are set for home coming as they host Bechem United at the Baba Yara Stadium tomorrow. The match day two fixture of the Ghana Premier League is expected to churn out everything desired in association football.
The porcupine warriors staged a major comeback in the opening game against Dreams FC at the Accra Sports Stadium. Having gone down by a goal, Asante Kotoko rallied from behind to pull parity through Mudasiru Salifu. Isaac Oppong added the second few minutes later, and Richmond Lamptey sealed the victory with the third goal. The victory coupled with the manner in which the goals lined up, caused an uproar amongst supporters of Asante Kotoko who had stormed the venue to watch the spectacle.
Ahead of the first home game tomorrow, expectations have soared exponentially as supporters are demanding nothing short of similar performance to that of previous weekend.
Asante Kotoko head coach Prosper Ogum and his lads will have to work above the bar to see off Bechem United.
