Accra Hearts Of Oak To Appoint An Expatriate As Managing Director - Reports

Accra Hearts of Oak continue to operate without a Managing Director. After the departure of Frederick Moore, the team has been doing business without a head of management. According to reliable sources the club may appoint an expatriate as a Managing Director.

The sources explain that, some top officials of the club are satisfied with the appointment of an expatriate as the head of management. Before the person is appointed, he must be of good repute and capable of leading the club to secure some bumper deals with multinational companies. The person ought to have acquired enormous experience from the sporting world before taking over the club. The source further hinted that, the next Managing Director, who is likely to be an expatriate may come from United States Of America. The person is seen as an ideal candidate who is in a good position to propel the brand to the highest level. If the expatriate will be hired, he will come on board as soon as a deal is reached between the two parties, that is, Accra Hearts of Oak and the person. Even though the season is in the second half, he will come on board and steer the affairs of the club.

In the same portfolio, there are some officials who also consider the appointment of a Ghanaian as a Managing Director, close sources have indicated. The person could come from any part of the world, that is, a Ghanaian based or foreign based. Same expectations and targets will be handed over to him. The candidate will also commence work as soon as a confirmation comes out.

Top hierarchy of the club are working assiduously around the clock to hire a Managing Director. Due diligence is key in confirming the next management head for the team.

As soon as a deal is reached, the name will be made known to the supporters of the Oak tree.
