The meeting took place at the Jubilee House in Accra with Callum switching nationality part of the discussion.
"On Monday, 7th June 2021, Ghanaian-born Chelsea footballer, Callum Hudson-Odoi, paid a courtesy call on me at Jubilee House, the seat of our nation's presidency.
Amongst others, I urged the Minister for Youth and Sports to explore the possibility of having Callum switch nationality, and play for the Black Stars." The President posted.
Callum has been called by the Three Lions of England before but he is still eligible to represent his homeland Ghana.
Odoi's father, Bismark Odoi played for Accra Hearts Of Oak before moving to England where Callum together with his other siblings was born.
Callum was part of the Chelsea team that won the UEFA Champions league weeks ago when they beat Man City in Porto.
