Tunchel who has had a good start to life at Chelsea, going through 10 games unbeaten in all competitions has seen Chelsea move up the table to a UCL securing position.
Although it may be argued that he's tactics are not yet understood by the other managers, the entire game play and approach to each game by the team has been purposeful.
The defence now sealed with only 2 goals conceeded in the last 10 matches. Tuchel could be a revelation at Chelsea but with his recent treatment of Hudson Odoi and the lack of game time of some players who were key members of the Lampard era might not see his tunure last as he would wish to as the locker room can easily be lost.
Due to lack of play time some players are most likely to exit the club in the summer as Tuchel appears to have no plan for them in his team.
The French international Kurt Zouma who was name taged Zouma rock after he scored a number of headed goals for the club was the perfect partner of Silver in Lampard's Chelsea.
Tuchel seem not to have a real plan for the centre back as he has struggled to get play time since the appointment of Thomas, with Rudiger and Christensen preferred to partner Silver over him.
Tottenham expressed their interest in signing the centre back for some time now and a reunion with Mourinho could be imminent as Tottenham could cease this opportunity to sign him
Pulicic was arguably tagged Hazard's replacement, although hampered by injuries the American who had a tough start under Lampard quickly established himself as a fan favorite when he was given the opportunity. He rose up to big games, won games for Chelsea but this progress was affected by injuries.
Tuchel who knew Please at Dortmund seem not to have faith in the player as he has barely been used since Tuchel's appointment.
Bayern Munich are reportedly interested in the attacker as a replacement of their departing attacker. Pulicic could be heading back to Germany if his situation at Chelsea is not improved.
Hakim Ziyech didn't have a very good start to life at Chelsea, but his out soon improved and he was pivotal to the blues win against Sheffied United after falling behind.
Ziyech's progress was hampered by injuries and sense recovery hadn't made much of an impact in the team.
Tuchel seem not to be a fan of the Moroccan wizard,as he has had little game time since Tuchel's appointment.
The Moroccan could look elsewhere for game time if his situation at Chelsea is not improved.
Billy Gilmore also tagged last born was doing pretty well under Lampard and had the potential of breaking in to the first team permanently. He's loan move was blocked as Lampard sought to give him play time in the senior team.
Billy treatment would've meant Just and Kante's game time as well as that of Kovacic be reduced to give the young Scot more game time.
This hasn't been the same under Tuchel,as he hasn't even made the bench enough time.
This situation could see the young Gilmore consider a loan move to Celtic who were interested in the player.
These players are key to the team as a team with good backups are never caught by injuries.
Should these players be allowed to leave or their situation improved?
