Swansea City top marksman, Andre Dede Ayew has admitted that their next league game will be a tough one.
The Swans will be away to Sheffield Wednesday for match day 29 on Saturday February 13, a day to Valentine’s Day as they seek to keep the Premier League qualification race intact.
In an interview with Swansea City tv, the Black Stars captain believes the game will not come easy.
“That’s it, next game, hard one, you know like I said 19 games left so many points.
“The League is going to drag on because we have a lot of teams who are playing well and who are getting also points.
“So you just need to keep going it’s a marathon, you need to keep going till the end.
“That’s what we need to do, be strong mentality, physically and I think we can do something.” Dede Ayew said.
Swansea City defeated Norwich City 2-0 at home last weekend to maintain their qualification hopes.
Andre Ayew scored a 42nd minute opener in that 2-0 win at the Liberty Stadium.
The win took Swansea City into 3rd on 53 points.
They have played 27 matches with an outstanding game to spare.
