It secured two titles and also registered some really big wins against Europe's top shouts, the biggest of all being 7-1 shellacking of Roma. A 2-1 loss in Roma in the Old Trafford, and they not only turned the tie around, but they also wiped the floor with the Gialorrossi on the back of an amazing brace by the five times ballon d'or winner.
3) FC Barcelona 2-8 Bayern Munich(August, 2020)
Bayern were rampant from the get-go and despite being found out at the back early on, comfortably sailed towards the biggest victory ever in the knockout stages of the competition. To rub salt on their wounds, Philipe Coutinho, whose currently on loan from Barcelona, but the final nail was hammered on the wall with two late strikes as the Catalans were shaken to soul, shipping eight goals for the first time since 1946 in history.
