Manchester United already has a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo lined up | Marca"/>
Manchester United recorded an impressive win against rivals Tottenham Hotspurs at the Old Trafford on Wednesday.
The Red Devils are currently 5th on the English Premier League table after a poor start to their campaign this season.
Cristiano Ronaldo became the topic of discussion after storming off the bench despite being advised by coach Erik Ten Hag to warm up. The 5 time champions league winner has been punished for his actions and has been removed from the squad that will face Chelsea this weekend.
According to sources close to the club, Ronaldo will train with the under 21’s when he goes for training today after being banished from the first team. However, the player could make a return to the senior team next week and could be in the squad that will play in the Europa league fixture against Real Sociedad.
Ronaldo has apologized for his actions and is set to work with Ten Hag to resolve their differences.
