The technical team and the management of the Black Stars of Ghana invited 29 players ahead of their international friendly matches against Brazil and Nicaragua in the month of September. Among these 29 lucky players, only one of them was a local player and he was pictured training with them. This implies that, in the camp, a particular player is the only one that plays in the Ghana Premier League.
This player is indeed a lucky player. The Black Stars started their camping yesterday and fortunately for this local player he took part of the first training session at the Le Stade du Commandant Herbert in France.
This local player is no other person than Hearts of Oak's forward, Daniel Afriyie Barnieh. Daniel Afriyie plays for the Phobians as a winger and sometimes as a striker. He was seen training with the Black Stars of Ghana in France. He helped the local Black Stars to qualify for the CHAN tournament. Indeed he deserves this call up.
Daniel Afriyie Barnieh was seriously training with his colleague teammates at their first training session. He might be wondering how the game between the Black Stars and Brazil will be, because this will be the first time he might play against such a great team.
