I would like to think that they can.
Mathematically speaking, they have a 1/4 th chance of winning the Champions league. But, realistically speaking, it's an outside chance that they actually will.
They have had easier opponents in the round of 16 than they have had in the past couple of years (Barcelona). They have made it past the quarter finals, and now they are in the semi finals ready to face PSG.
Here's my prediction for the finals
Real Madrid and of course Manchester City.
I think City could be confident of beating PSG and City are more or less in the same weight class.
To summarise, I think City could have a champions league run up to the Finals maybe, provided, they play well.
But I really can't see them going beyond the semis.
So, to answer your question.
Can they win the Champions League?
Yes, they can.
They probably won't.
But, it is football and come match-day, anything could happen.
And if Aguero and Kevin are in mid-season form, well, who knows...
