Accra Hearts of Oak finally have an opponent to engage in 2022/23 CAF Confederation Cup. The Ghanaian representative in CAF inter club competition is set to play Malian club AS Real Bamako in the second preliminary round of the competition. First leg takes place between 7-9 October, 2022, with the reverse fixture happening between 14-16 October 2022.
Ahead of that encounter between Accra Hearts of Oak and AS Real Bamako, there is an existing record between Ghanaian clubs and Malian teams.
Accra Hearts of Oak - in their last eight meetings with Malian club - have won 4, drew on two occasions and lost two games.
