Spain-based player, Inaki Williams can now be said to the fact that -he is now a Ghanaian said by the player himself in a recent viral video on social media (twitter) and the Ghana Football Association affirming the words of the attacker in a post earlier today.
Inaki Williams who is capped for the Spain Under-21 team is now an official Black Stars player available for selection in any tournaments that include Ghana.
Made known to have switched allegiance to the Ghana national team over Spain, four other players also made declarations of sorts -Tariq Lamptey, Stephan Ambrosius, Ransford Yeboah and Patric Pfeiffer- all ready to roar in Black Stars jersey onwards.
Currently at Athletic Bilbao [his childhood club] in the La Liga Santander division -Inaki who takes the role of an attacker -[striker and right-winger] is highly known by many for his anchoring, lethal threat to opposing defenders and scoring abilities.
Last season to recall, the 28-year-old made 38 league appearances scoring 8 goals and providing 5 assists. A great addition to the team for the upcoming FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
