There has been lots of trending sports news and I am going to elaborate on two that stood out to me.
Firstly, lets move on to what is going on in the camp of Mohammed Salisu. According to Ghana News Agency's(GNA) report by Ednar A. Quansah the player is set to honor Black Stars callup. As you might know, Salisu has declined callups under coaches like Kwesi Appiah, Charles Akonnor and Milovan due to personal reasons. However the information pieced by the GNA indicates that the player will soon play for Ghana but it is unlikely he would feature in the upcoming AFCON qualifies next month. Mo Salisu was incredible in their match against Liverpool yesterday even though they lost by 2 goals to 1. Aritcle by GNA
Next is that German born Ghanaian winger Ansgar Knauff who currently plays on loan for Frankfurt from Borrusia Dortmund. Per our understanding he is set for Borussia Dortmund first team role next season. The 20 year old is expected to return to join Dortmund for the next season. His performance has sparked interest from many clubs but with his parent club seeking a reunion he is most likely to return. He has helped Frankfurt qualify to the Europa league finals after beating gaints such as Barcelona and West Ham.
This has been the updates on Mohammed Salisu and Ansgar Knauff on their club sides. Follow for more sports updates.
