Kotoko's game against Al Hillal at Sudan cancelled on medical grounds.
Kotoko's game Al Hillal has been cancelled according to reports from Sudan. Kotoko's camp was struck with covid 19 ahead of the game. The host club has since tweeted about the match boy coming on.
We are yet to hear an official statement from CAF regarding this issue. Al Hillal cited Kotoko's incomplete squad as the main reason for the cancellation. Kotoko hasn't been lucky prior to this match. Players rebellion at the club and a covid 19 struck at this stage is the worst thing you can ever wish for a club.
The interior ministry of Sudan have promised to bring the situation under control. The number of players required to play the match are incomplete due to the positive covid cases at the camp of the club. It remains to be seen what will come out of it.
The CAF statement is what we wait for the moment.
