Thomas Partey Opens up on His Teammates And World Cup Experience

Black Stars midfielder, Thomas Partey has said that he is not able to talk to most of his teammates at the World Cup because they are busy.

The Arsenal midfielder has been with the Black Stars and played the two opening games against Portugal and South Korea.

The Black Stars lost their opening game against Portugal by 3-2 before coming back stronger against South Korea, beating them 3-2 in the second game.

The Black Stars play against Uruguay in the third and final group H game to determine their progress into the round sixteen.

Thomas Partey says because how busy his teammates are, he has not been able to talk to them that much.

“I have been in touch with few [teammates] - everyone is busy & we know you cannot always be talking, because you have your schedule & to train.I wish them the best, they know I support them fully, and they also support me - that’s how we are"
