This is very unusual to see a play exit the field after staying on the field for just 7 seconds.
This happened in 2013 when a player by name Serge Djieouha was given a red card after stepping on the field for seven seconds. This happened during the seven seconds. When he stepped on the field, he caught his opponent with his right arm. The referee thought he has injured that opponent.
The player thought the referee was joking because he did nothing to the opponent. The referee still insisted that it is a foul and also a red card.
Serge Djieouha exited the field smiling because he was amazed of such a thing to happen to him in that way.
The game was between two division two teams. There are other records in red card history but this is the fastest.
