A lot of coaches both local and international has been linked to the vacant position but the Phobians are yet to make official announcement.
However , according to report in the media, top managers in the local scene has been reluctant for the job.
Former Asante Kotoko Gaffer Dr. Prosper Nartey Ogum is the latest one to turn down the Phobians coaching job.
Coach Annor Walker according to source is also not interested in the job after being linked earlier to the vacant position.
The Phobians however, are hoping to appoint a new gaffer in the coming days before the team depart to Mali. The Accra Hearts of Oak team has however, been pondering over how they can cope with the new coach coming on board.
The number of coaches in Ghana are very skeptical about the job. The fear of been sacked is the main pressure they are learning about it.
