Good news: Fernandinho signs one-year contract extension at Man City

The Citizens captain Fernandinho has an amazing seasons since he joined the English side, in that respect he has signed a one-year contract extension.


The Brazilian will remain at the City until 2022 and is aiming another Champions League final having lost to Chelsea in their first final last month.

He said "In my head and my mind, the job is not done yet and so that's why I decided to stay here another year and try to help the team and the club to achieve the goals that they're looking for"

The director of football Txiki Begiristain said

"Fernandinho's contribution to Manchester City cannot be overstated," said director of football Txiki Begiristain.
