Very few midfielders command respect and have that influence in the middle of the field like Bissouma in the premier league currently. He has that calming presence, deft ball control, passing range that a lot of clubs can make use of in their midfield. I can say on authority and without a shadow of doubt that he can walk straight into the midfield of more than 70 percent of the teams in the premier league currently.
He has proven himself against some of the best over the past 2 years on a consistent basis in the best league in the world. He is not the finished product yet. There are improvements he can make to his game. Adding goals to his game will further enhance his reputation. It is therefore surprising that teams that need a player like him are refusing to make a move for him. He will fit into the Arsenal midfield perfectly as well that of Manchester United. Manchester United currently needs that calming presence of Bissouma. His tackling and range of passing will be of so much help to them. He is an upgrade on what they have at their disposal now. It is a pity Brighton will miss his services so much due to his participation in the Afcon for his country Mali.
It is just a matter of time before the premier league realises the kind of player they have on their hands.
