
After being crowned African champions, the Black Satellites team will meet President Nana Akufo-Addo today (9th March) at the Jubilee House.
Ghana's U-20 team won the recently concluded 2021 Africa Cup of Nations, which was held in Mauritania. Despite a shaky start to the competition, the Black Satellites beat Uganda 2-0 in the finals on Saturday to claim the title. The reigning champions returned with their trophy a day after their victory in Mauritania.
They have had many congratulation messages from some renowned men like the former captain Andre Dede Ayew, who also led the team to win the Under 20 world cup in Egypt, The former President of the Land, his Excellency John Agyakum Kuffour too sent them a message on their victory.

The Black Satellites have now won the Youth Championship four years in a row.
At the Jubilee House in Accra later today, the technical team, management, and players will meet President Akufo-Addo and present him with the trophy.
