The absence of the fabolous boys who got injured doesn't mean the situation is done and dousted. In real times like this, we need to keep the teams on their toes to ensure that they observe all the safety rules and regulations on the road. Is barely some years now that the Asante Kotoko experienced such a terrible road accident. Which got a lot of people talking and affected their performance as well. The 34 seater bus crushed till the middle and and seats all got destroyed. There first eleven almost got injured including other dead members of the team, the match that got the accident happen was between Kotoko and Hearts of Oak which Kotoko won by 2-1. This time, the American golfer also got himself in trouble but with a tough speed which drove him of the road.
As part of the procedure, Woods’ right leg was stabilized by inserting a rod into the tibia. Screws and pins were used to stabilize the bones in the foot and ankle. A surgical release of the covering of the muscle was also performed to relieve pressure due to swelling.
Woods' agent, Mark Steinberg, initially said his client suffered multiple leg injuries. Reports from the Los Angeles Times and ESPN indicated that Woods injured both legs. It is unknown whether additional surgeries are in his future. His injuries were not determined to be life-threatening at the crash site. Woods was conscious, calm and lucid when paramedics arrived on the scene. Paramedics considered him to be in serious but stable condition with a Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department representative saying Woods was "lucky to be alive," crediting his vehicle (a 2021 Genesis SUV) and decision to wear a seatbelt.
Firefighters used a pry bar and an axe to free the golfer, who this past weekend hosted a PGA Tour event in the area but didn't play because of a recent back surgery. They broke the windshield with the axe and used the bar to pry the seats and metal from around Woods' legs, Osby said. They put Woods in a neck collar, attached leg splints and used a backboard to get him through the giant hole in the windshield to an ambulance. He went to the hospital in serious but stable condition with injuries to both legs, Osby said.
