Tottenham team needs commitment to succeed on the field

Tottenham returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory at Aston Villa, thanks to Carlos Vinicius and Harry Kane, after a dreadful week, before Jose Mourinho took aim post-match.

Tottenham's dressing room, according to Jose Mourinho, is divided by "selfish" players and agents with a press relationship.

Spurs bounced back from an embarrassing Europa League exit to Dinamo Zagreb, where they blew a 2-0 first-leg lead, with a 2-0 victory at Aston Villa, thanks to goals from Carlos Vinicius and Harry Kane.

Hugo Lloris, speaking after Thursday's loss and the north London derby defeat to Arsenal, claimed that problems were being caused by players not in the team, and that the result was the result of deep-seated problems at the club.

Mourinho appeared to agree with that assessment, stating that maintaining a harmonious dressing room was difficult.

This spurs players need commitment to succeed on the pitch.
