Asante Kotoko continue their preseason in Ghana following delays in visa acquisition. The team - as part of preparations - have played some friendly matches and out of that, a probable line up for the new season has come out. They are working on playing a 4 - 3 - 3 system, which could be changed when a new coach is appointed.
In the probable line up, three new players got the chance to appear despite the numerous signings by the club.
Goalkeeper Danlad Ibrahim keeps his position in the probable line up.
Christopher Nettey comes into the line up as the right full back and opposite side is manned by Patrick Asmah following the exit of regular left full back Imoro Ibrahim. Central defense has captain Ismail Ganiu and Sheriff Mohammed.
The attack, in the probable line up, is made up of George Mfegue, Frank Etouga and Steven Mukwala.
Steven Mukwala is the new player joining the two Cameroonians. Frank Etouga was Asante Kotoko’s top scorer with 21 goals in the Ghana Premier League. The attack looks promising and could deliver as expected in domestic and continental games.
