This followed after a performance which many terms as average as head coach of the black stars. In his 11 games as coach, he won 4 matches, 2 draws and lost 5. Former MP for Tema East, Hon Titus Glover has spoken on matters arising concerning the sacking of the head coach on Adom FM.

Hon Titus Glover said right from day one, the GFA never made the job easy for the coach. They did not allow him to scout through the nation to find talented players for the team. The GFA President always cancelled the invitation the coach sends to players to come to play for the black stars. He added that the GFA is a contributing factor to the sacking of the coach.

When you refuse the coach to invite players who have enough playing time in their various clubs, the price to pay is a failure.
