Issahaku And Afena-Gyan Are Among The Least Expensive Black Stars Players.

Teenage sensations with the Black Stars The least costly players are Issahaku Fatawu and Afena Gyan. None of the players on the list are worth more than a million euros, and none are worth less than a hundred thousand euros. The list includes three goalkeepers, two strikers, a defender, and a midfielder. Three Ghana Premier League players and four foreign league players make up the list.

The Ghana Black Stars will be in action shortly in the FIFA World Cup qualifiers in Qatar, and YEN.com.gh has a look at the team's cheapest players. Believe it or not, the list includes two Ghanaian teenagers: Issahaku Fatawu, who presently plays for Dreams FC in the Ghana Premier League, and Afena-Gyan, who currently plays for AS Roma in Italy.Joel Fameyeh, a four-appearance newcomer, and Joe (Joseph Luke) Wollacott, an English born October debutant, are two more unexpected names on the list.

In addition to Fatawu, other Ghana Premier League players include Richard Attah of Accra Hearts of Oak and Abdul Ganiyu of Kumasi Asante Kotoko.

1. Accra Hearts of Oak - Ghana's Richard Attah (100 thousand euros)

At 100 thousand euros, the Accra Hearts of Oak goalie is the cheapest Black Stars player on the list right now. The 26-year-old joined Heart of Oak, the 2020 Ghana Premier League champions, in December 2019 and will be in his second season with the rainbow colors next month.Since 2020, the value of Attah has decreased from 125 thousand euros.

2. England's Swindon Town's Joe Wollacott (200 thousand euros)

The 25-year-old Bristol, England native, who presently plays for Swindon Town in the English fourth tier league, is the Black Stars' second cheapest player.

3. Asante Kotoko - Ghana's Ismail Abdul Ganiyu (200 thousand euros)

Abdul Ganiyu, 25, is in third place and is worth 200 thousand euros. He's worth a lot more now than he was in 2021, when he was only worth 75 thousand euros, and it shows in his performances for the Ghana Premier League team.

4. AS Roma - Italy's Felix Ohene Afena-Gyan (350 thousand euros)

Afena-Gyan, an 18-year-old Ghanaian teenage phenom who plays for AS Roma in the Italia Serie A, was sold to the Rome club's under-19 team for 350,000 euros in July 2021.
