New head coach of Accra Hearts of Oak, Slavko Matic says there is the need for his charges to work hard under his tutelage.
The Serb has been appointed to replace the departed coach Samuel Boadu who guided the Phobians to a domestic treble last two seasons.
Samuel Boadu led the side to win the Ghana Premier League, the MTN FA Cup and an automatic Super Cup.

However their continental campaign which is the CAF Champions League and the CAF Confederation Cup was a sad spectacle to behold.
The edited both competition at the second attempt much to the chagrin of the club’s teeming fans.
The new coach has been tasked to win the Ghana Premier League and as well perform in the CAF organized competitions.
The 46-year-old says there is the need for the players to work hard, respect each other and have teamwork.
“What we must do from today is we must work hard, we must have teamwork, we must work smart, we must respect each other.
“They know the club they are representing and then big club big expectations.” Slavko Matic told Hearts of Oak media.
