Check Coach Otto Addo’s Reaction After Brazil Loss

The Black Stars of Ghana suffered a heavy defeat against Brazil in an international friendly on Friday.

The four time African champions were beaten 3-0 by the record FIFA World Cup holders at the Stade Oceane in Le Havre.

The game formed part of preparations ahead of fhe 2022 FIFA World Cup to be staged in Qatar in November.

The first goal for Brazil was scored on fhe 8th minute when Paris St Germain defender, Marquinhos heeded home from a corner kick.

Tottenham Hotspur striker, Richarlison scored twice before the half time break to to further silence the Ghanaians on Friday evening.

Head coach of the Black Stars, Otto Addo admits that the Brazilians were a better side side than his charges.

“We lost but like I said, they [Brazil] are number one for a reason, it’s a very strong team.

“Second half was good, we showed a good reaction and this is what we are proud of.” Otto Addo told the press after Ghana’s defeat against Brazil.

The Black Stars are paired in group H alongside South Korea, Portugal and Uruguay for the 2022 FIFA World Cup that starts in November.
