Hearts of Oak players to pocket $1000 as minimum salary - MD Frederick Moore confirms

Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club, commonly referred to as Hearts of Oak or just Hearts is a professional sports club based in Accra, Ghana. The club competes in the Ghana Premier League, the Premier division on the Ghanaian football pyramid.

Overseeing Director of Accra Hearts of Oak, Frederick Moore has uncovered that his club has plans of raising player-wages to at least a 1000 USD in the following not many years. Helpless compensation has been one of the principle issues confronting the Ghanaians first class and has prompted a departure of players from the nation to better-paying associations. 

Yet, addressing Joy Sports in a meeting, Mr Moore demonstrated that the Phobians are setting up structures to empower them to become independent which will in the long run convert into fair compensation. "One of the main things my director said to me in addition to other things was that we should plan to bring the base compensation up in the following not many years to a 1000 USD and we are running after that," the Hearts of Oak CEO said. 

"That is the place where we need to go. "We have Covid which has hampered us however that ought not hinder us. "We have gone through a lot of cash and every last bit of it has come from our director who has been our bankroller throughout the previous 10 years," Mr. Moore closed. 

The National Chapters Committee(NCC), allies wing of the Accra based club have as of late dispatched the Monthly Dues Payment plot for the club.
