The blues have publicly expressed their desire to bring back their former talisman Eden Hazard to the Stamford Bridge this summer. The 29 year old was a popular figure in England after joining the Blues in 2013 from French outfit, Lille. He went on to electrify the premier league with his rare talent winning the player of the year trophy four times.
His amazing football repertoire earned him a dream move to Spanish giants, Real Madrid in 2019, where he was awaited with a heavy burden of filling the void left by Cristiano Ronaldo. However, the expectations of the Los Blancos was met with sheer disappointment and erraticness from Eden Hazard. The Belgian playmaker's performances at the Spanish capital has been nothing but shambles and underwhelming.
The Galaticos are reportedly looking forward to offloading Eden Hazard after failing to provide the required augmentation. Nonetheless, his former club, Chelsea have disclosed their openness to take back the 29 year old should Real Madrid eventually sell him.
The blues took no offence after he sealed his move to Madrid in 2019, thus he left the club unanimously which left his legacy at the club untainted. Therefore a return to the Bridge would see him receive a warm welcome as in the case of Didier Drogba in 2015.
