3. Pep Guardiola is currently the best manager or coach in the world of football, and has been able to make away with 31 titles. Guardiola is still making great improvements toward the winning of more trophies. He is a versatile manager who has won trophy at any of the clubs he has joined or managed. Pep Guardiola managed Barcelona and 14 titles, he also won 7 titles at Bayern Munich, and now he has already won 10 titles at Manchester City and is still try to win more.
