Black Stars 25-Squad To Face Central African Republic

Ghana will play the Central African Republic on Sunday, 5th June, 2022. This match is part of the qualification processes for the countries in group E to the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations. Ghana beat Madagascar three nil to move to the top of group E. The Black Stars turned things around in the second half with goals from Kudus Mohammed, Felix Afena Gyan (who scored his first goal for Ghana), and Osman Bukari.

Head coach, Otto Addo has named a 25-man squad which excluded Bristol City forward Antoine Semenyo and goalkeeper Richard Ofori. Antoine Semenyo picked up a knock during his first game for the Black Stars when he came in as a substitute in the second half.
