Kumasi Asante Kotoko will miss the services of key midfielder Emmanuel Sarkodie for Sunday's Ghana Premier League, (GPL) clash Asuana Stars.
Sarkodie, is suspended for this Matchday 10 encounter following the accumulation of three yellow cards as stipulated in the rules governing the competition.
Sarkodie, has been in a key figure for the Porcupines since earning a place in the Kotoko starting 11, contributing two assists in the four games he has played in the league this season.
Acting head coach Johnson Smith will have his job cut out as he seeks to guide Kotoko to victory in this encounter against a side they have not found easy going on any occasion.
Kotoko will go in search of their fifth win of the campaign against Aduana Stars, and, a win will take them top of the stairs after their poor start to the season.
Kotoko are in search of a first domestic title iisince the season of 2012-13.
