5 things to do after waking up in the morning

Here are some few things to do after u wake up from your bed. You must first give thanks to your maker(God or Allah) for giving you another day after that do this five things to make your day complete and happy.

Here are the five things to do after waking up in the morning:

1. Drink one or two glass of water every morning

Drinking water and is the first thing to do in the morning, it helps rehydrate the body. The six to eight hours of recommended nightly sleep is a long period to go without any water consumption. Drinking a glass or two of water right when you wake up, however, is a good way to quickly rehydrate your body.

2. Have a positive mindset

Having a positive mindset in the morning is very important, it helps you start your day happily. Some people think negative because the previous days did not favour them but I tell you yesterday is not the same as today so you must think positive whenever you wake up from your bed.

3. Stretch your body every morning after waking up

After drinking some glass of water and after your positive mindset, you must stretch your body for about 15 minutes to make your active. Stretching in the morning can relieve any tension or pain from sleeping the night before. It also helps increase your blood flow and prepares your body for the day ahead.

4. Soak up the sun every day

The best time to soak yourself in the sun to get the maximum vitamin D is between 10 am to 3 pm. At this time, the UVB rays are intense and it is also said that the body is more efficient in making vitamin D at this time. Soaking up in the sun every morning boosts Vitamin D Production in the body, it also balances blood pressure and it also improves the mood of the day.

5. Write down your tasks for the day.

Whether you do this at home or at work doesn’t matter; but writing down the tasks for the day is crucial. It helps you be more productive, more efficient, and more conscious about what you’re going to achieve in the day.
