After beating Kamsar, the next on track is WAC of Morocco in a two-league affair which will usher either Accra Hearts of Oak or the above mentioned opponent into the ultimate continental club competition.
In the recent inspection of the Club Licensing Board, the club was told to work on the Accra Sports Stadium popularly known as the Nation’s Wembley.
In the recent development, Accra Hearts of Oak was slapped with about 5000 dollars for not meeting the CAF standards before facing Kamsar in the Accra Sports Stadium.
It seems the next option will be that the club will use the Kumasi Sports Stadium.
If this becomes true, then, the stadium will host two rivals in the history of Kumasi Asante Kotoko.
While Accra Hearts of Oak remain the rival of Kotoko, WAC also defeated them in 2002 to win the Confederation Cup.
This has created a great rival and hatred between Kotoko and WAC.
As a Kotoko fan who will you support.
