Former Black Stars Winger, Laryea Kingston, has echoed his voice in the recall of former Ghana captain, Asamoah Gyan to the national if his body meet fitness requirements.
Kingston, believes the all time goal scorer for the senior national team will add his experience to the team and he cannot be written off.
“We cannot write him(Asamoah Gyan) off. Because of his experiences and what he’s done for the country”.
“One thing we should all know that, it has happened before. This is not the first time someone going off for sometime and then coming back to play in this major tournament World Cup”.
“As a technical person, if I assess a player like that, I will need him in my squad”.
“He won’t be a starter, but definitely at some point in the game, I can bring him on and then he can be a game changer”.
“He(Roger Milla) brought in a lot of push for the Cameroonian team in one of the World Cup’s.
His(Asamoah Gyan) presence in the team will help a lot. He possess lots of qualities”.
“Now most people will say, he’s been out for sometimes , it won’t be 100%.
If he is fit, I will take him”.
