Hearts of Oak beats WAC in Accra.

Accra Hearts of Oak secured a major boost in their CAF champions league campaign after beating Moroccan outfit, Wyad Athletic Club yesterday at the Accra Sports stadium. A solitary goal scored by Isaac Mensah in the 41st minutes happened to be the only goal of the game, as the Phobians beat Wyad in a 1-0 scoreline. The two teams would lock horns again in a return leg next week in Morocco, and Samuel Boadu together with his men would be looking forward to securing a favourable result proceed to the next stage. 

Kamaldeen Sulemana on target

Matalyaspor found the back of the net twice with Benjamin Tetteh scoring the first goal, as Balotelli's Demirspor succumbed to a 0-2 defeat at home. The 24 year old has now increased his goal tally to 4 in the Turkish league this season and having a fine campaign with the Turkish outfit. 


Ansu Fati scores as Barcelona secures vital win over Valencia 

Barcelona staged a dramatic comeback at Camp Nou on Sunday against Valencia, as they thrashed them by 3-1. Valencia striked first, as early in the 5th minutes but Barcelona wonderkid, Ansu Fati equalized for the catalans eight minutes after Jose Gaya's opener. Two other goals from Memphis Depay and Philippe Coutinho saw Barcelona put the scoreline beyond Valencia reach to secure the three maximum points. 

Real Madrid reportedly planning to begin Pogba signing in January. 

Manchester United midfielder, Paul Pogba has been heavily linked with moves out of Old Trafford for the past months after refusing to extend his contract with the club. The 28 year old's contract runs out in June 2022 where he would be free to leave the club, however he would be at liberty to enter pre-contract negotiations with clubs in January. Reports from England say Real Madrid are keen on bringing the French midfielder to the Santiago Bernabeu and poised to hold talks with him if he remains unyielding his decision till January.

Manchester United back Ole Gunnar Solskjaer 

Manchester United boss, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has come under intense pressure following the team's inconsistency this season. The Red devils relinquished an opportunity to climb up on the league table after a disappointing 4-2 defeat at the King Power stadium on Saturday, and has reignited calls for the sack of the Norwegian manager. However the club's hierarchy is reportedly not in a rush to relieve Solskjaer out of his duties and have backed him to turn the situation around.
