Pele praised Cristiano Ronaldo

Pele praised Cristiano Ronaldo after the Portugal forward's cap stunt against Cagliari took him past the Brazilian legend's count of objectives scored in true matches.

Ronaldo got multiple times inside the opening 32 minutes to take his profession all out to 770 - three clear of Pele's count of 767.

"Life is a performance flight. Each makes his own excursion. What's more, what a wonderful excursion you are having. I appreciate you a great deal, I love watching you play and this is no mystery to anybody. Congrats on breaking my record of objectives in true matches," Pele posted on Instagram.

A few reports recommend this is a world record count yet that is questioned by the Czech Football Association, which claims previous Austria and Czechoslovakia striker Josef Bican is football's actual record-breaking top scorer with 821 objectives.

In the mean time, information from Rec.Sport.Soccer Statistics Foundation (RSSSF) says Bican scored 805 vocation objectives. Yet, among them were 27 objectives for Rapid Vienna's hold and beginner groups, just as strikes which were not in true worldwide games. Eliminate those and Bican completed his profession on 759 objectives - shy of Pele and Ronaldo's aggregate.
