Vodafone Ghana, one of Ghana's top network which provides network services and mobile money services is set to shut down for 12 hours for a scheduled maintenance.
The telecommunication company has announced a 12 hour shut down of it mobile money services for maintenance.
This is the second time in four days that that that Vodafone has announced another 12 hour shutdown.
As this exercise is ongoing , Vodafone cash users will not be able to access the platform for financial services.
The exercise is set to begin from 9pm on Sunday ,7th August 2022 to 9am on Monday , 8th August 2022.
A similar maintenance occured on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at 9pm to Thursday, August 4, 2022.
An official communique was released to the the network about the planned network maintenance.
The communique reads, " Dear Customer, to further improve on our Vodafone Cash services, there will be a scheduled maintenance from 9pm on Sunday, 7th August 2022 to 9am on Monday, 8th August 2022. During the exercise, you will not be able to access all services on Vodafone Cash. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you."
