European Union Blocks Flights From Some African Countries Due To The New Discovery In COVID-19

The whole world has lost a lot of lives and properties since the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019. As efforts are being put in place to chase it off, a new Surg in the COVID-19 has been reported to have started in some parts of Africa.

Reports according to BBC news indicates that the European Union and some other countries in europe have blocked airlines from some parts of Africa. This move was as a result of hearing about the discovery of an aggressive mutation of the COVID-19 virus.

The new rise in the virus has been reported as deadlier than it has ever been. So in order to prevent it from spreading around, it called for such an action by the European nations. The news was reported earlier by BBC news on their social media platform.
