Fastest growing City in Ghana revealed. Find out here.

Tamale is the fastest growing City in Ghana over the past 10 years. History shows that, it was regarded as the fastest growing City in the whole West Africa in 2010.

Tamale is the Northern Regional Capita with a population of over 970,000. It is dominated by Muslims and Dagbani is their mother language.

Prior to the CAN 2008 Ghana, the city was blessed with 21000 seater Stadium under the Administration of former President Kuffour and late Vice President Alhaji Alium Mahama, the Stadium has then renamed after him since his demise.

It also has an international hospital by all standards where almost every operation can be done.

An extra modern interchange is still in progress at the City which is expected to finish soon. The project is 80%. The City has also produced top talented footballers for the nation with the likes of Mubarak Wakaso and Baba Rahaman.

Over the past 10 years, the City also got an International Airport which makes it very easy for them to travel without the need of going to Accra. It also paved way for Pilgrims to travel straight to the holy city of Saudi Arabia, Makkah (Mecca) without any Wahala.

As the fastest growing City of Ghana, it also has an expanded roads and businesses continue to boom in the city with variety of products and services.

Over the past 5 years, three TV stations has been established to promote growth in the city, those TV stations are, Sagani TV, NTV and Might Tv.

People called it North but they call it Home.
