Flooding in the Eastern Region has killed 4 people and left 10 more missing.

Due to the severe rain that flooded several regions in five towns and districts in the Eastern Region, four deaths have been officially confirmed, while ten more are still unaccounted for. The missing were from the Nsawam Adoagyiri municipality, while those killed took place in the New Juaben South and New Juaben North municipalities, as well as the Akyemansa and Denkyembour districts.

The Rains Started Early hears of the Day and Continued for about 5 hours. Lightening Accompanied by Thunder Struck a Shea Tree which fell on a building and injured a Woman. The victim sustained injuries on the face but survived the natural disaster. Some other rooms within the same stracture was destroyed and as a result inhabitants were left stranded.
