As we all know, many parts of Accra have been flooded again after hours of rainfall in the city. Since last weekend several parts of the country, especially in the capital, Accra were flooded. People’s homes were affected and some roads were rendered unusable for motorists.
The raining season is still here with us and it is quite mesmerizing to stop hearing cases of flooding happening anymore across the country since the recent one that happened in Accra. The weather is predicted to be cloudy with intermittent rains and consequently results in relatively cool weather from now to tomorrow morning due to a moving storm that hit the country this morning. The storm which under the forecast was seen moving westwards was seen in the northern part of the country this morning and continue to move in same direction.
According to the Ghana Meteorological Agency, the southern part of the country will be gloomy with mist and fog patches, while rain is possible in the southern and northeastern regions. Rainfall is forecast in Ghana's forests and mountains to the south, where it is expected to be accompanied by gloomy conditions.

NADMO in its latest warning has stated that, parts of Ghana, especially the Ashanti Region may soon start experiencing serious disasters, as the region continues to record heavy rains.
