The Accra Regional Police Command have arrested 22 suspects for obstructing public movement on Monday, 6th December 2021 during a sit down strike by transport Unions. The 22 Persons were arrested by the Police after blocking some public roads in some parts of the Capital. Ghanaian rapper, Samuel Adu Frimpong, with stage name ” Medikal”, has been arrested for brandishing a gun in a video in a social media post Medikal was with Fella Makafui, at the Accra Regional Police Command charge office. Medikal is currently at police custody Shatta Wale’s lawyer, Jerry Avenogbor, was sighted at the police command but it remains unclear if he is going to represent Medikal in this case.

Ghanaian popular rapper, Medikal has been arrested for brandishing a gun on social media. Medikal appeared in court today, which saw him being charged with an unlawful display of arms and ammunition to which he pleaded not guilty. Samuel Adu Frimpong, popularly known as Medikal has been remanded in prison custody for five days.
